As the company continues to expand, we are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee our manufacturing, procurement, logistics and inventory operations.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the company’s end-to-end manufacturing and supply-chain activities, ensuring products and materials are delivered according to agreed quality, cost and timeline requirements.

The role will coordinate manufacturers, packaging and other suppliers while managing procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing and inventory control.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Development, Commercial, Marketing and Finance to translate product and business requirements into effective production and supply plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete manufacturing cycle, from approved product specifications through finished-goods delivery.
  • Coordinate manufacturers and suppliers to ensure production requirements, quality standards and timelines are achieved.
  • Manage the sourcing and production of product components.
  • Request, compare and negotiate quotations, minimum order quantities, payment terms and delivery timelines.
  • Source and procure product components, packaging, GWPs, testers, samples and internal marketing materials.
  • Prepare supplier and cost comparisons for management approval.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, samples, approvals and production schedules.
  • Maintain production-readiness plans and ensure all required components are available before manufacturing begins.
  • Monitor production progress and address delays, quality concerns or supply risks.
  • Coordinate freight, shipping documentation, customs requirements and delivery to warehouses.
  • Manage warehouse receipts, inventory accuracy, stock counts and product-storage requirements.
  • Monitor finished goods, components, packaging materials, batches and expiry dates.
  • Identify potential shortages, excess stock, obsolete materials and near-expiry inventory.
  • Translate approved commercial forecasts into realistic production and supply requirements.
  • Maintain accurate supply-chain records, reports and system data.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify alternative suppliers when required.
  • Support new-product launches by ensuring production and inventory readiness.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing coordination, procurement or production planning.
  • Experience coordinating manufacturers, packaging suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Knowledge of primary and secondary packaging processes.
  • Experience requesting, evaluating and negotiating supplier quotations.
  • Practical knowledge of production planning, inventory, logistics and warehousing.
  • Experience within cosmetics, beauty, personal care, FMCG or consumer goods is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using ERP or inventory-management systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel, costing and analytical capabilities.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is highly preferred.
