Senior graphic designer
We are seeking a talented and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating and leading impactful visual designs that elevate our brand presence across all platforms, both online and offline. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design within the beauty and retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience.
- Design layouts for advertisements, brochures, flyers, packaging, and digital content.
- Collaborate closely with Social Media and Marketing teams to translate marketing strategies into creative campaigns.
- Oversee all branding aspects of the brand identity across website, social media platforms, newsletters, emails, packaging, and printables.
- Research and implement innovative design trends to increase digital traffic and brand appeal.
- Create newsletters and email marketing designs that engage and convert.
- Manage all creative and visual aspects of the website.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital and offline customer touchpoints.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and product launches.
- Handle event branding and ensure alignment with the brand’s image.
- Represent the creative department in partner collaborations and manage the brand’s digital presence on partner platforms.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, both online and offline.
- Conceptualize and execute creative design strategies behind ad campaigns.
- Design and produce a wide range of media assets for different platforms and formats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design (beauty, fashion, or luxury industry experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in branding, packaging design, and digital design for social media and websites.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency.
