My feedback is not related to the quality of the products, but rather to the overall order experience. When I received my order, there was no invoice, receipt, packing slip, or document identifying the order and the items included.
For a brand like Samer Khouzami Cosmetics, I was surprised by this. I believe proper order documentation is an important part of a professional and premium customer experience, especially when purchasing cosmetics online.
The products themselves are not the reason for my rating; my concern is specifically with the way the order was received and the absence of any invoice or order details. I hope this can be improved for future orders.

The most beautiful foundation ever

I loved the quality of the product as I have a combination skin and I always have a very shiny face 3 to 4 hours after I apply my makeup. But the divine matt is truly superbe. My only comment is if only you could manage to provide a clearer online shade palette, as the shade I received was darker than it appeared on the website🙏🏻
